What happens if I lose or break my breathalyzer?
If you lose or break your breathalyzer, you can request a replacement device be sent to you. Please send an email to view@bactrack.com with the following information:
- First & last name
- Shipping address
- Email address associated with your BACtrack View Enterprise account
- Shipping preference: Free Standard Shipping or Expedited for an additional cost
The cost of a replacement device is $99.99, which will be charged to the credit card on file for your account.
As noted above, please let us know in the email if you need the device expedited. To expedite the device, the cost is $40 for shipping addresses within the United States and will also be charged to the credit card on file for your account. If needing to be expedited to a location outside of the United States, we will provide the shipping fee information in response to your request as it will vary country to country.
If its submitted before 2:00 pm PST on a business day, it will be shipped out same business day and received by end of next business day. If the request is submitted after 2:00 pm PST, then the device will be shipped next business day and received by end of the 2nd business day from request.
NOTE: There will be no refunds or reimbursements for subscription fees due to a lost or broken breathalyzer. If your device has stopped working by no fault of your own, we will send a replacement free of charge.
